Where are the fabrics and trims sourced?

Our Fabrics and trims are sourced from around the world, we believe this makes our product more diverse and stylish, and also more affordable.

How sustainable are your fabrics and trims?

Some of our fabrics are sustainable, and it will be indicated in the item if applicable.

US and Canada

Free Shipping and Returns within US and Canada.

International Shipping Available - Customer pays shipping, and customs fees (if applicable).

Your shipping will arrive according to the shipping method selected when checking out. After the Shipping period based on if Ready to Wear (RTW) or Custom. See below.

    If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mydreamgarment.com wait for a reply with instructions before sending your item to the address below.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    We advise that you email us with a problem before the return, to see how best to handle the situation. In most cases it’s just a minor issue and the garment will be able to be amended. In custom tailoring, this issue isn’t rear.

    RETURNS

    We accept all returns, within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days email us at info@mydreamgarment.com and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

    International Returns 

    Customer pays return carrier shipping plus customs fees (if applicable).

    Your shipping will arrive according to the shipping method selected  by the customer when processed.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

    If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    EXCEPTIONS

    Please note that if there is an obvious damage to the product that isn’t design or production related, returned item will not be accepted. We’ll contact you to see how best we can help repair the garment for an agreed fee payable by the customer or send the item back to the customer.

    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (Not Already Worn)

      • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Gifts Returns

      • All gift returns will be processed like all other returns, payment funds will be refunded to the gift giver. 

      REPAIRS

      I have a rip or tear on my garment, How can you help fix it?

      Email us at info@mydreamgarment.com with the order number of the garment and we will check to see if we still have this fabric in stock, then we will contact you with a repair estimate.

      I am missing a button on my garment or a ripped zipper ?

       Email us at info@mydreamgarment.com with the order number of the garment and we will check to see if we still have this button in stock. If we do, we will contact you with a replacement estimate.

      BILLING

      What forms of payment do you accept?

      We accept all the major credit cards, Debit cards, and PayPal; we are currently updating our payments to include more options. Please check back to see updates or email us at info@mydreamgarment.com with questions or concerns.

      When do you charge my card?

      Your credit card will be charged as soon as the order is processed by our billing department.

      Can you provide an itemized receipt?

      Yes, we do, please see your email for a copy, or email us at info@mydreamgarment.com to get a copy

      What do I need before placing an order?

      Have your payment method ready, your complete name, address, email, and phone number.

      I’m placing an order for someone else — how do I let you know?

      Click the gift box on the checkout page, so that we do not include any pricing details with the package.

      How do I change or cancel my order?

      Email us ASAP, at info@mydreamgarment.com to change or cancel order.

      How do I check the status of my order?

      Can I purchase gift cards online?

      How does the e-gift card work?

      You enter the gift card code when checking out to have it as a payment option.

      What if I don't use up my whole gift card?

      You can combine it with future orders at check out.

      How do I purchase a large number of gift cards?

      Contact customer service with any questions, or order online.

      Can I return a gift card?

      No, Gift cards are non-refundable.

      How can I check my gift card balance?

      How long does it take for gift cards to be delivered?

      Card will be delivered to the gift receiver's email.

      Can I ship a gift card directly to the recipient?

      Size Chart

      For you to have a perfect garment, you must first understand what size category you belong to, so that when you order a garment, you know it will fit. You have to measure the BUST, WAIST, and HIPS, and also what your HEIGHT is, is very critical to the fit of the garment.
